It's the mandatory legal page!

By using this website you are assumed to agree to the below: -

Nothing on this website is intended as legal or medical advice, all information is purely commentary and opinion, so you MUST seek personalised advice from a suitably qualified professional. Nothing contained in this website establishes any kind of service or professional relationship between any party and yourself.

Any application style components of the website are NOT licensed for clinical practice and therefore must only be used for educational or personal purposes, entirely at your own risk and without any warranty.

Nothing on this site has anything to do with my employers, or my course of study/research at my university. I do not represent their views on any topic, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Most content here is produced by myself, so if you'd like to license my work, please get in touch. Some elements are used under licence (e.g. images used under Creative Commons licences). Elements not explicitly licensed are used under fair dealing within the bounds of applicable English and international law. If you are a copyright holder and you believe your work has been misappropriated, I am easiest to reach out to on twitter here in the first instance, to notify me of any potential infringement. I am not the publisher of embedded or linked content and cannot be held in any way responsible for any material not directly hosted through the nurseAdvance.com domain.

nurseAdvance.com is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk. I promise you, if I recommend something, I genuinely like it, referral link or not. This site is not here just to sell you something!

This site may use cookies and other tracking methods to store your data and process it for the purposes of running this website and its associated activities. If you don't like that, I highly recommend the EFF's guide to digital privacy to keep you safer online. Tracking and cookies are kept to a bare minimum wherever possible. The site does gather generic usage analytics through CloudFlare and Google Analytics, so that I can see how many people visit and how long they stay. I strongly recommend blocking Google Analytics with NoScript or a similar browser plugin, it's what I do! If you don't want to be tracked through Amazon referral links, it is trivial to manually edit the link to remove the referral ID. Again, that's what I do myself, so I won't hold it against you.
